Meet The Team

Mark, along with Andy are the founders of the business. Mark's experience goes back over 40 years in both retail and contract flooring. Mark's time is devoted to estimating and he is also known to still help out on the fitting side of the business. Mark is also a very accomplished table tennis player, and still coaches this sport in his spare time.

With over 35 years experience in the carpet industry, Andy's knowledge is second to none. Andy is a very experienced Estimator. He visits our customers homes to provide recommendations to ensure a perfect job from start to finish. For our free home measuring service please ask a member of our Sales Team.

Karen joined Superior Finish in the very early days - she is the one everybody goes to when they need an answer to queries. Her main role is running the back-office, which involves ordering and chasing deliveries, keeping an eye on the invoicing & accounts. Karen will also be found helping out in on the sales side, and is also extremely well-liked and admired by everyone that comes into contact with her. In her spare time, she is often found on the bowls green competing at National, County and Club level.

Jemma has worked for us for 15 years in between having a family. She is sales lead with excellent customer service and a dab hand on the edging machine. Jemma is a woman of many talents who always puts the customer 1st.

Lucinda joined the business in 2021, and is extremely well liked by all our customers, Lucinda along with Jemma, is often the first point of contact upon entering the store.

Viv joined our team in 2020. She does a great job with the Accounts and General Admin, she keeps her finger on the pulse of the Account Work and greets clients if the Sales Team are all busy.

Chris is our Storesperson he joined us in 2013 and is often seen whizzing around the warehouse on the Forklift unloading lorries of Carpets and Pallets of Materials. He runs a tight ship and prepares planning sheets for the fitters organising their materials for fitting.

Our team have decades of combined experience and take pride in their meticulous approach. By paying attention to detail, being very careful and precise when fitting - they go above and beyond to ensure each customer is happy with their new floor.
